I am 23, 5 foot 9 in, 165Lbs. I just joined and am blown away by the knowledge you guys have. Im thinking about starting my 1st cycle and figured I ask you guys for help. I have been considering it for over a year now and have finally accepted that I am ready for this. The only problem is that everytime I come up with a cycle I find out something new that makes me not want to take that specific steroid. My main concerns are avoiding gynecomastia, hair loss, and becoming infertile. I am very sensitive to gynecoastia. Im also trying to avoid water retention as much as possible since Im really not trying to get bulky, just more cut and lean. So far Ive been using clen on the 2 weeks on 2weeks off method for about 2 months. Either its not working or Im not getting the results im expecting. I start with 4 tabs and work up to 7 then gradually drop to 3. I have good access to Sustanon, but fear taking it based on the sides I previously mentioned, especially the bulkyness. What do you guys think of a Winstrol only cycle? What would be a good way to run it? Should I stay on the clen? Should I take the sust? I can ask tons of questions, but will wait to see what you guys suggest.

Me thinks you should post your diet up before even considering cycling. Most problems come from inadequate nutrition and diet is what gets you cut and lean, not steroids, fat burning effects are minimal at best.

the infertility is transient, chill about that one

most new guys in your shoes would do well by using a low dose testosterone, and minimising the chances of bloat/gyno with low dose hcg bi weekly on consecutive days throughout, and an antiestrogen on standby (clomid/nolva when needed) as well as minimising the hair loss issue with a topical anti androgen, usually in the form of a spironolactone and minoxidil lotion or cream, followed by your standard nolva or clomid pct

it would be in your interest to completely assess your diet/training/eating before you decide to do anything (by default dont do anything with roids unless supervised by a doctor) as well as take blood tests BEFORE using exogenous hormones or aas.
 
About the gyno…Ive had it since puberty and it never went away. I had surgery to correct it a few years. A few months ago I got my hands on some Deca but at very low dosages. I took 150mg for 4 weeks. I stopped as soon as I saw the puffiness in my nipples come back. I took some nolva shortly after and it seemed to help. I am still left with a little puffiness that comes and goes, but obviously I want to avoid making it worse.

About hairloss…I guess it in my family. But I hear that it comes from your mothers side. Is that true? Im already a little thin, nothing obvious, but big enough of a deal for me to notice. That is why I don’t want to make it any worse. Already use Rogaine.

Heres my diet:
Meal 1: Cereal, Fruit, Protein shake
Meal 2: 3 egg whites, Cottage cheese, Brown Rice
Meal 3: Tuna Sandwich, Fruit yogurt
Meal 4: Protein Shake (pre work out)
Meal 5: Meat (steak, chicken, turkey), Veggies, yogurt, fruit (post w/o)
Meal 6: Cottage Cheese, Protein Shake (before bed)
This is my workout schedule: always start with 10-12 min on the bike and end with 15 min of abs.
Mon: Chest
Tues: Back
Wed: Legs
Thurs: Arms
Fri: Mainly Cardio, take it easy with weights
Sat: Shoulders
Sun: Off
What do you guys think of a Winstrol /Clen cycle? What would be a good amount to take and for how long? What kind of PCT is needed? Heard that is a good cycle to get lean and cut with.
