Pros and Cons of using Creatine.

Ok guys i started using creatine two weeks ago and i can do more reps on my routine but i feel and look puffy, im feeling im gettin fattier with the creatine.

Let's hear your experiences with creatine and how it helps.
 
It gave me gurgling shits, so I had to stop. I liked the "lubed" feeling I got when working out, but all-in-all I dropped it from my supplement list. Too many rather "loud" trips to the toilet at work.
 
Pros - increased strength, increased endurance, some people say it give them pumps, others say it doesn't

Cons - bloating (depends on the user)

I am an avid user of creatine when I'm not on cycle. I add it in my PCT, especially after oral cycles.
