Props to Mr.X

Here is a man who is helping people out with there diet questions and giving good advice for absolutely FREE! This is the true essence of these discussion boards. To exchange idea's and information, not sell it or promote one's commercial program. If everybody was charging for info on diet or pharmacology, then I and a lot of other people wouldn't benefit from these boards. Lets please keep the exchange of info and links limited to that which is in the true spirit of these boards, FREE information and ideas.
I believe if one wants to advertise a business on these boards which the owner of has to pay for then the one wanting to advertise should get permission from the owner of the board and would probably be required to pay some sort of compensation for business drummed up as a result of aforementioned advertising. All of this of course is only IMO.
Again though I really just want to thank the efforts of Mr.X and the others who have made it possible for me to learn how to diet correctly. Peace : ) oneandthesame

though i hang out at the anabolic board most the time, I do come to the diet board also.

With the all the information here if you cannot get ripped you have a serious dedication or comprehension problem. Its all here on this board for free. Just bust your ass and keep the right macros together at the right times.

I have used some information on this board to tweak my diet and am getting leaner everday. Just spend a few days reading this board and you will have all the info you need to get "ripped".

Mr. X is great! I too enjoy how he gets back to everyone very quickly, and shows good attention to detail.

He is also great because he knows that I have a service, I am a student, and I am starting my own ventures in doing my "own thing". We agreed we won't step on anyone's toes, and my diets and services will soon be welcomed here along with advertising, as I will be setting up an agreement with George Spellwin himself, courtesy of Mr. X.

I responded to this post getting the impression the reasoning for this thread has to do with me and my customized training packages. No longer do I wish to be edited, censored, etc., so I have asked for the ability to openly advertise, and shall be able to do so very soon, with all knowing it is my right as a paid investor.

Just want to set the table so when I hit this place with all of my past clientele in a whirlwind, there are no flames in telling me advertising is not allowed, "people do this for free", etc.

I'll be counting the moments until that day comes. When it does, I'm here 24-7.

Thanks for being a stand up character Mr. X. I knew we could see eye to eye, just needed some direction on how to do this and where to go, and I never stop listening.
