Just wanted to give a props to all those on this forum. This is a excellent forum with MANY knowledgeable dudes on here. I don't post/respond much on here, BUT I come here to soak up all the info that is available and put it to use. Wish I would have joined this forum years ago, happy that my brother introduced me to NTBM & MRSUPPS products, they are all top notch and not have come across one that I didn't like and have gotten fantastic results with proper diet/training. Thanks again bro's for all the info, training tips that you post.
