Proposed Diet for Cycle Goals

My cycle will be:

Test Prop 100mg eod wks 1-6
Test E 500mg ew wks 1-16
Eq 600mg ew wks 1-16

My goal is for this cycle is to be mainly a lean bulker but an increase of 2-4% BF is acceptable. I'm 189 and about 11-12% right and starting cycle in 3 weeks.

Diet:

Meal 1: 14oz whole milk, 2 whole eggs, 1 scoop prot., 2 bananas
workout
Meal 2: PWO shake 130g dextrose 2 scoops prot.
Meal 3: 8oz lean ground beef (93%) 3 slices ww bread
Meal 4: same as 3
Meal 5: shake 12oz whole milk, 3tbsp ANPB, 1 scoop prot., 3 slices ww bread
Meal 6: 8oz lean ground beef 2 slices ww bread
Meal 7: same as 6
Meal 8: same as 5 minus ww bread.

Totals:

Cals: 5433
Prot: 426g
Carb: 455g
Fats: 190g

This is pretty much what my diet is now. I lowered BF 3-4% since last cycle and starting to up cals in prep for next cycle. Will tinker with diet when cycle starts to see how body is reacting, upinng or lowering cals.Any opinions on cycle and diet.
 
I wouldn't bother with using the prop the first 6 weeks. I would also recommend reducing your cals until you start the cycle. Your cals should gradually increase as the cycle progresses in order to continue gaining. I for example would start off a bulk at about 3500 cals and would usually end up around 5000. You don't start at 5K. If you do you will just gain a lot of fat in the beginning and then your weight will not move.
 
I think your totals look good, but I also think your going to go fucking nuts eating 3lbs of ground beef and 8 slices of bread per day for 10 weeks.

I would try to cut out at least one meal. Add in more eggs at breakfast to make up for it. Personally, I have a hard time getting 4 true meals in per day, along with 3 or 4 shakes. 8 feedings a day is alot. Good luck with it, good to see you are looking at your diet as well ;)

I dont think I would run the Prop either.
If I did, I would switch into the prop at the end of the cycle and stop the Test E. That would be more of a cutting situation though.

So I think just the Test E.

I would also try to lose a meal too. Just because from personal experience getting in that many meals for me personally is tough with work and all that crap..

i agree start ur cals lower and work them up to 5000-5500 max,change some of that beef for some fish and chicken. good luck :p
 
Why not prop? Wanted something to kick start. Would an oral be better like dbol. Used it last time but wasn't very impressed. As far as the diet it is what I'm doing right now minus about 75g of carbs. Gorging myself day after day is not a problem I did it last cycle I think I can do it again. I can't see myself gaining much fat off of that diet, it's still cleaner than my last cycles diet.
 
What about this for a 2nd cycle since everyone seems to think that the prop is not a good idea.

Test e 750mg wk1-16
Eq 600 or 800mg wk1-16

Too much?

I think with my 5000+ cal a day diet that would make for a nice cycle.
 
With food, you certainly have the right idea,



A lot of protein,


if it comes from fish, cows, turkey’s who cares, protein is king, real protein not from shakes,

I love shakes but it needs to come from food.


For the gear with your Anti-E’s and PCT


I think you will hit your goals faster with something like this:

Weeks 1-6 75mg D-bol ed
Weeks 1-16 800mg test E per week
Weeks 1-16 800mg EQ per week.

Anti E’s

Nolvadex, liquidex, and AIFM




PCT

HCG
Clomid
Nolvdex
AIFM

Thanks solid. I'm the same way, I wish I could just drink shakes all day intead of cooking and eating real food. I'm going to stick to the 2lb of red meat ed. My last run w/ dbol gave me some pains. It didn't seem like it was liver or kidneys. Too far forward for kidneys and too low for liver. At the time I was taking 40mg ed and milk thistle. I quick the dbol after 3.5 wks and pain went away. It only seemed to occur at night time though. I have never had a pain like that before, it was just like my insides were aching.
 
What about frontloading the eq? Anyone ever find this effective? Read the typical frontload procedure is double the dose for first 2 wks.
 
My staple diet during the last few weeks of my cycle was only grilled salmon, steamed chicken breast, eggs, tuna (in water), oats, apples and brocolli. Makes me nice n lean.

Sounds good for getting lean but I can't gain much if I have oats, tuna and veggies in my diet. I need high cals.
 
I ate salmon 6 days straight for dinner last week, and I felt really good. I looked at the nutrition value for salmon when I bought more. I knew it was high protien but 40grams per 5 oz is amazing.

I am now rotating seafood fishes for dinner now, starting to really like them more.

I love salmon too but I'm in college and EVERYTHING costs too much for my budget.
 
I eat this meal every day no matter if I'm bulking or cutting I make it work because it's simple.

can of tuna, 4 slices of ww bread, a tbsp of mayo and a pickle

it equals to about 600 calories, with ~50g of protein

I'd swap that with meal # 6 or 7
