I usually just knock on the door.

Check the county website. Often they will have a link you can do searches on. I know with mine you can search by Name, address, or parcel #.

Go to your county appraiser website. There, you can search by address or name. At least most counties in FL do. For instance, here's mine. http://www.scpafl.org/scpaweb05/index.jsp

It's really handy as you can see the parcel either by outline or real picture
