Properly dosing Ox through out the day?

if someone is using oxandrolone(paper) at 30mg/ed what would be a good dosing scheme for taking it to keep it in the blood stream all day?

you could get by with dosing it 2 x a day.....if you have 10mg papers you could do 10mg 3 x a day.
you wont see much difference, if any, by dosing it 2 or 3 times a day.

just take half in the am and the other half in the pm. Ox's half life is around 8 hrs.
