I read so much mixed "ideas" that I feel overwelmed. I use LR3 and have been for a few years on and off. But whats the real deal on how to take with IGF1? Should I take the mgf everyday just like IGF or should I do the mgf 12 hours before lifting like some say, or should I use it post workout bilaterally then do IGF1?? Im confused. The more I read the more confused I get. Does it cause an insulin response like IGF1 too? Man can someone give me a quick lowdown on dosage and when to administer. I keep reading about the ongoing war of PEG(pegylated) MGF and Regular MGF(IGF1-eC)which isnt helping me either.
