Proper Sub-Cutaneous Inj

Fast Question, I want to get this sub-q injection for GH correct before I begin.

1. You pinch the skin with thumb and index finger
2. Pull the pinched skin away from abs
Next is were I am unsure because I have read and been show two ways.

Does the needle go into the pinched skin between thumb and index?
Or...
Does the needle go into the pocket that is created by pulling the skin away from the abdomianl wall?

Probably no diff, but I want to maximize every IU of the GH for obviuos reasons.

doesnt matter, the layers of the abdomen are starting from outside in are: Skin, subQ tissue, then fascia and muscle under the fasica. When you pinch the skin up there isnt really a pocket its just subQ fat it moves easily because it is loosely connected.
so if its under the skin your safe. if you penetrate the fascia youll know its very tough. so really just pinch up enough that it looks like it is deeper than the needle. use a small 25G 1/2 or 3/4inch needle.
