Proper PCT?

So I keep reading all this about PCT here... I assume it stands for post cycle training?

So what is PCT and how do i do it properly.

There's a lot of this on the 101 page. Post cycle therapy. I'm a little newbie too, but you always need a pct after a cycle. It usually consists of anti estrogen pharmaceuticals. The easiest way to say it is that they manage the estrogen levels from being too high and also help stimulate your natural test production. Start reading. you somewhat have it right.

it depends on what you ran. I do not encourage anti estrogens be run if you don't run anything that aromatizes. I do not believe in crippling estrogen, this is why many guys have dick problems during PCT.

the biggest reason for PCT is to help the body balance hormonal imbalances as the steroid esters start clearing out. and basically to help mantain your gains you worked hard for.. but there is much much much more and PCT is just part of the equation. you also need to :

1. during cycle run the proper ancillaries to control estrogen, prolactin, progesterone, keep the nuts plump, and keep your liver/lipids in good condition
2. before PCT kickstart your pct.
3. during pct help stimulate LH and control prolactin, estrogen, progesterone where applicable, and also continue to support your lipids
4. upping your calories to help feed the muscles
5. obviously you have to keep working out, many guys quit on the gym cause they don't know how to workout without steroids in their system. its pathetic but it happens to most guys who depend on steroids to supplement a shitty diet and training regimen
