Propecia and Deca is it safe?

I was considering to take propecia to prevent hair loss for a cycle which will be 600 mg/week andropen + 300 mg deca/week X 10 weeks. However,
I've heard that taking propecia while on AAS especially deca will only accelerate hair loss. Is that correct?
Is this negative effect common at any dose of deca, or do you guys know whether lowering the dose of deca may help?

Right now, I am on both. No problem. Hair are actually getting thicker.
I have taken Deca 200/week with Proscar. No problem. This time it is only 100/week (low on supply).
Previously, I was on Deca 300 alone and lost a shit load of hair started in 6-7th week that continued for several weeks after I stopped Deca.
There are two types of 5-a-reductase (type I and II). Proscar works only on one.
