Prop with sust,

hi, I'm using Nile sust, @ 500mg /week, and I have some test Prop. in 25mg amps, I was wondering if i could use an extra 50 mg of test prop. a week to my cycle, cause i'm not seeing much visual results in week 5. will this extra 50mg of test be a waste or will I benefit from it.

Are you working out hard enough? Are you eating enough protien, carbs, and cals? From what I am told you should get good gains from sust. alone cycles.
