im doing my 2nd cycle in a few weeks, prop and var.
my first cycle was 500mg sust/week. i made ok gains, but i was expecting more seeing as my diet and training were spot on. nothing drastic happened.
for this reason im under the impression that i dont react very well to gear. therefore, will 100mg prop eod be enough? as this is only 350mg test a week, and 500mg a week on my first course didnt do much.
should I up the dose or is prop totally different to sust?
I dont want to do too high a dose, meaning my body gets used to big doses and therefore in a few years time i have to do loads ot get an effect!
i want to make really good gains off this 6 week cycle, any help appreciated..
