Promox

Hey all

have been thinking of trying he promox from Dr Klein.

Have tried Finasteride before and the sex drive was gone and didnt really help.

Tried the remox cream but was difficult to apply as it always left white marks as cream does.

Have read some good things about Promox with 0.1% finasteride. Are there any side effects? apparently none as it goes straight to scalp and is very minimal in dosage

Have also heard of people saying to ask for 5% spiro be added to the spray. What is spiro and are there any sides?

p.s i am currently using regaine...have done so for about 2 months now....if i was to use promox, could it be used as a straight substitute? as i dont want to lose any gains, if any that i have

I dont know anything about the product or whether there are any studies on efficacy, but I'd be very skeptical.

topicals are generally increase circulation or are blocking agents, iow preventing androgen binding to the root, or attempt to limit inflamation or sebuum buildup (minoxidil, niozoral, spironolactone (dont even think about it))

dht conversion via 5-ar is a bodywide phenomenon. if you only block the conversion in the scalp with topical finasteride, there will still be plenty of circulating DHT to bind and mess you up, IMO

i am not on one but when i did so in the past i lose quite a bit...mainly on the front

not really a believer of having it grow back...have never really seen evidence of that....

For now i would be happy stopping any shedding and holding on to what i have
