Prolific child molester gets 150 years

freaking sicko......I say castrate them!!!

I remember a case on court tv and this guy had the books like this guy but it also included drawings....well, I don't know what happened (wish I did) but this one guy BEGGED to be castrated and the courts said it was inhuman and wouldn't do it. Even with the guy admitting that when giving the chance he will do it agian and couldn't stop himself.

Is it just me, or does it appear that you have to be more worried about the boys these days? Seems like more and more of these cases involve young boys.

But they always get out sooner than they should for "good behavior" and that is only because they are to chicken shit to force themselves on the bigger men in jail.
And when they get out.......they do do it agian!! It's not like they get help in jail and there is no pill to fix the problem. Wait till you have kids and see how you think then!!

It makes me so sick! I don't know how you could look at a young child...usually not even developed at all yet and say,,,eww I want that? How is that possible?

I agree. Castration wouldn't kill them. It would probably actually make their lives better to not have those sexual urges that are illegal to fulfill. You would be doing everyone a favor.

I am with KSharp on this one. Snip it.

I also think that convicts should have to pay for their own incarceration and if they cannot pay it off by the time their sentences are up then they stay in until they finish paying.

I think they should have to work while in prison to pay their room and board. License plates and other shit. Good idea.
 
Legal considerations and incarceration costs or minuscule compared to the impact on the lives of the victims.

Nothing but hard, manual labor. Pansy labor doesn't serve as enough of a deterrant.
They should get the bare minimum when they first arrive as well. Toilet, bed, 3 squares. They have to earn anything else, including TV, dessert and outside time.
But there should be a probationary period at first where they have nothing and have to make it through before they can earn any "priveledges".
I love the sheriff in Az that makes them live in a tent city.
The first 90 days in any prison should be a "boot camp".

I was gonna post something about the prison in Az....that guy does not have a soft spot anywhere when it comes to criminals...as should be!!!
 
The "urges" will still be there after castration. Only the ability will be removed.


Also, it would suck to get falsely accused then have your balls taken off with acid. Then also have to face the wrath of prision being a child molester. :worried:
