Increase in progesterone is Good. it is the progestins that are the problem. And the increase is minimal and is joined with the increase of test production.

Progestins and prolactin are closely related... with progestin exposure there is often increased prolaction production... though apparently this is not the case with fina...but I have not seen the studies.

a big problem is low progesterone levels(from steroid use=low LH) and high progestin levels.
