is there a cause-effect relationship between estrogen and prolactin? ie. would arimidex have any specific effect on prolactin levels

yes. Estrogen raises prolactin levels. Androgens decrease them.

Maybe one reason why it is said that Winny works well with Deca. Since it is a androgen that does not raise estrogen levels, it might reduce prolactin related sides from Deca.

This is just a guess since I have not seen in evidence that Deca increases prolactin levels, but it is mentioned as fact in many threads. Has anyone had their prolactin levels tested while on Deca or seen any studies that show that this occurs.
