Prolactin affect on T4 and T3

i just read in a post that prolactin can cause hypothyroidism? is this correct? i am using ghb and i know this a large increase in prolactin along with the increase in gh. what is that relationship between prolactin and t3? or t4 to t3 conversion (because 80% of t3 is from t4 conversion)
