Hey everyone, started my 2nd cycle 2 weeks ago yesterday. consisting of :
omnadren 500mg 1 - 8
dbol 25mg 1 - 4
adex 0.5mg on a 2 on/1 off system
I'm cutting up by the way.
Stats :
22 yo
starting weight 220lbs @ 18ish %bf
5'10
been training since i was 18
2nd cycle obv lol 1st was dbol only (gained and kept 30lbs)
VERY good progress so far bro's, all my lifts are UP and my bf% is down, probably about 1%, my delts are more defined, bloat non existent, less ab fat. i'm using yohimburn on some estrogenated chest fat i picked up from using some dbol with no AI a couple of years back.... only started the yohimburn 3 or 4 days ago so too early to tell how its working, i think it may be making me hold some water in that area though, i may switch to 5 on/ 2 off routine for it to guage improvement. this is my last option before i have to take out a large loan for liposucktion. have any of you ever heard of getting JUST puffy nips and chest fat gyno from dbol, there is no glandular tissue, my endo has checked this with ultrasound, he isn't sure about calling it gyno, but if it was him who had it, he'd call it gyno allright...LOL.
Anyway i started cycle at 220lbs at Approx 18% bf, now this was measured by hand held bf anaylzer so probably is not accurate. i'm now sitting at between 212 and 215lbs, depending on carb depletion/glycogen/water etc. i'm sure i have gained some LBM
so i've lost fat amd gained some muscle
about to hit some fasted am cardio, smelling like peppermint haha. I'll keep you updated and MAYBE, just maybe post some pics...............
