Progesterone and Prolactin???

I've asked this question before but never got a definitive answer.

Are the two related, specifically in terms of gyno? People say to take bromo or vitex for gyno from tren and deca but both of those inhibit prolactin. How do these two tie in together? Are they basically the same thing? helpppppppp
