professionals with the best customer service etc?

I am working with this doc right now and trying to get this procedure completed. (insurance hopefully pays for it) and I want to go to him as he is the man with this type of work. but he never returns phone calls or emails etc. I have had this happen with other docs as well.

personal bankers are a joke as well (well have been for me)

upscale auto dealerships have been top notch

real estate agents = joke

stock brokers = top notch (smith Barney)

but this doc is killing me on he never returns calls etc


again just me but what professional level jobs have you found customer service/satisfaction to be piss poor
