problems with sterilality of fina?

anyone experience problems (infections etc.) from home brew fina. Im in the process and concerned about how steril it is. Should i do anything or assuming i follow directions it should be ok. Experience only. Thanks

No problems here, just double filter it if you are that worried about it.

i home made mine, not the tidiest job either, but injected in a different spot everyday from the prevoius three and had no problem with infection. it stung like a bitch though injecting into my bis.
