Problems with GearBox ?

I made an order on the 25th of last month m and nothin. No reply to either of the 2 emails or the 2 phone calls. Anybody know what's going on with them ?

i ordered from them about 3 months ago. it took over 3 weeks for me to even receive an automated email back from them. the order itself took over a month and a half to get to me. I will never use them again. That kind of customer service sucks.
