Has anyone else had the same problem?
I have two elitemail accounts. One migrated perfectly but the other is giving me this error message after about 6-7 tries over the past day:
Attempting to upgrade key record.
If you experience difficulties, email this data to support.
Old private alias: 2e..................................................
Private key lookup on old private alias failed.
Will try new private alias.
Private key has been upgraded. Checking to make sure public key has.
Public key not yet upgraded. Fatal error!
Fatal error!
hushclone.java.security.KeyStoreException: No public key found.
I emailed hush support and have not gotten any help. I really need my email!! Please advise if possible. THanks!
