Problems uploading pics to my gallary (or attaching)

I am trying to post up a pic. of myself.... and it isn't going into my gallary....... and when I click on the thumbnail.... it says no such pic.

Can someone look into this?

If I can't post pics, and all the other platinum stuff is screwed up, why have platinum at all?
