Problem???

Ok... So my test suspension was clogging up so i heated water up in the microwave to a boil like someone suggested, i placed a pin in the top as iit was heating up... When i went to grab the bottle it tipped over inthe water.. Is the bottle a total loss now?? What if some water got in the bottle??? Is there any good news for me??

well test suspension is water based, so... how much water are we talking about here?

not much... since there was a pin in the top, it tiped over and went under for a sec or 2.. im just worried about if its still steril???

the water was boiling? more than likely its ok though there is a chance.

it should be fine if you still had stopper in vial.
