Problem with the "help" desk

Has anyone had any problems recently sending a question to the help desk?

I have been trying to send through a question for the past hour, but I can't because it keeps asking me for my log in details before it will send, and even though I enter the EXACT same details I use to log in to my account, it keeps saying username or password incorrect.

I don't understand how this can be.

Any one else having a similar issue?

So don't do it that way.

The board login and the help desk login aren't linked (yet) the way they should be, so do what you have to do to get in, even if it means making up a new name. Put your board information and valid working email into the ticket. EF Frank will sort it out.
