Ok, i´m doing a low carb right now (carb < 40 gramms) with an average of about 1800 cals per day ( about 130 protein and 120 fat). I´m cheating 2 days per week with carbs and more protein.
The strange thing: i didn´t loose fat , but was able to gain strength and a few mm on the arm ( i don´t measure the rest) within 2 weeks.
Now i wonder if i have somehow screwed my metabolism and should do a few months of bulking and restart my diet then or if i should stop cheating.
Any advice welcome.
