Problem with my diet, advice needed

Ok, i´m doing a low carb right now (carb < 40 gramms) with an average of about 1800 cals per day ( about 130 protein and 120 fat). I´m cheating 2 days per week with carbs and more protein.

The strange thing: i didn´t loose fat , but was able to gain strength and a few mm on the arm ( i don´t measure the rest) within 2 weeks.

Now i wonder if i have somehow screwed my metabolism and should do a few months of bulking and restart my diet then or if i should stop cheating.

Any advice welcome.
 
F me dude 120 grams from fat! DAMN!! What is you LBM? Mine is 170 and I eat about 1700 (55/20/25) 60 grams of carbs, mostly after workouts. I would suggest you try something along this line.
 
I think you are not eating 1800. you probably are calculating bad your caloric intake and taking more.
I don't see also any problem in terms of 120 grs fat if the caloric intake would be good calculated, you would still losing weight. The ratio is not the usual for low carb like crum. Protein are low and fat high, but still if there was 1800 calories you would probably losing weight.
Also what are your measures?
 
What i eat:

1.meal: 125g curdcheese, 2 Tl oil, 2 TL Flaxseed ( 269 kcal,4g KH, 22g fat, 14 g prot)


2. meal: 2 Eggs, 1 slice ham (40g) (261 kcal, 1g KH, 18 g fat, 24 g protein)


3. meal: some vedgetables (233 kcal, 24 g KH, 10 g fat, 8 g protein)


4.meal: like 1. meal


5. meal:75 g italian cheese (268 kcal, 4g KH, 21 g fat, 16g protein)

6.meal: 150g Truthahnmortadella (272 kcal, 0g KH, 16g fat, 31g protein)

7.meal: like meal 2
Gesamt 1800 kcal, 40g KH, 120g fat, 130g protein

I currently weigh about 83kg ,bf 17 - 19 % height 1,75 (5´10")

CAn someone tell me what i should change?
 
damn man...im dieting down as well.i currently weigh 94 kgs..an i eat something like this:

370g protein
350g carbs
90g fat
3700 calories

I think you are eating WAY to little.
