problem sleeping

I am on week 6 of 70mg ed of tren ace and the last few nights I have been having a lot of trouble sleeping. I will fall asleep for only a few minutes at a time and maybe wake up 20 to 40 times during the night. Sometimes when i wake up I feel really hot and my mouth is dry. I also get this really uneasy feeling inside that is almost unbearable. This might seem wierd but this feeling is the most intense in my penis. Can someone tell me if this is normal. I have no idea what is going on.

Thanks

Tren is notorious for causing insomnia.

here is a list of herbs I posted before

try these: (they will relax you and help you sleep)
Kava Kava Root
Passionflower Herb
Valerian root
Raspberry leaf (tea)
Chamomile tea
Scullcap
Passionflower

Im on week 4 1/2 of 8 of tren 75mg ed and i have the exact same problem, except for the whole penis thing? I have no idea what that is about. Generic brand sleeping pills from Walmart have helped a little but not much. Maybe change your diet a little the last few hours before bed or do more cardio during the day.

ZMA and Melatonin are two supplements that always knock me on my ass as far as sleeping. Try adding one of these, than maybe both if one alone doesn't help. If that doesn't work, which I couldn't imagine, you can throw in a tab of the allergy drug Benadryl, that as well will knock you out cold. Does for me every May and June.

I agree with Mr.X - actually, I found a tea that has most if not all of these ingredients and it helps somewhat...the brand is Yogi Tea... one is called Calming and another is called "Kava Stess Relief" - steep 1-2 bags about 20 minutes before bed...

Also, I've found that taking oxytocin (1 spray in each nostril) before bed helps me sleep fairly well... I used to use tons of different sleep aids, etc... after a while, they all stopped working... try the tea and/or oxytocin!

I did some research and decided I think I have restless leg syndrome. That along with the tren is making sleeping hell. porbly gotten 10 hours of sleep in the last 5 days. Trying some sleeping pills, but its been an hour and no luck yet.

I can't ever get a good nights sleep while 75mg of Tren or more ED. I just drop my dosage a bit...throw in some of the herbs that Mr. X mentioned...and I can sleep a hell of a lot better. For me bro...anything around 75 mg ED or higher will keep me from sleeping at all. I'd just drop the dosage a bit and see if that helps. Hell..you'll still get nice results from 50mg ED.

If you indeed have Restless Legs Syndrome, it is unlikely that any of the OTC aids listed will help. RLS becomes Periodic Limb Movement Syndrome after sleep onset. The hallmark is involuntary leg kicks or jerks every 20-40 seconds. These movements disrupt normal sleep architecture by causing a stage shift of sleep and microarousal. In laymans terms, you can't stay asleep for more than 40 seconds without waking up. Unfortunately, the exact etiology is often unknown and a treatment regiment requires physician interaction. Emerging therapy is underway, but Sinemet and Klonapin have both been used with some sucess in treating this disorder.
