Problem Adding Signature

What is the secret to adding a signature? I posted a quote in the box with quote in the beginning and a /quote at the end, but it's not working!

Did you hit the "submit modification" button after you changed your sig? Otherwise nothing you changed would be saved.

I never had one before but I put one in the box and hit submit mod and nothing happened.

It's been a problem for a lot of people. I had to email an admin (Leo) to get it taken care of.
