just got the pack with the 3 thigns + the refining mask.

I followed the directions and am awaiting results in the next 2-4 weeks.

IM somewhat confused on the repairing lotion if you put it on and leave it on or wash it off.

Does anybody know.

Anything else i should do besides this to ensure i can people pimple free in a month or some.

(its not really even pimples its lil red dots and blemishes)

Repairing lotion gets rubbed in. dont wash.

Take 10 grams of vtiamin b5, works better then the perscription drugs I took.

Change sheets/pillowcase at least once a week, and make sure you go to bed clean.

Dont touch your face at all and wear a long sleeve shirt to be if you sleep on your stomach(You most likely touch your face during the night with your arms).

Drink lots of water, eat clean, and take a multi and you should notice a pretty big change within a month. My acne is slowly disappearing.

Good luck.

It takes about 8 weeks before you start seeing clear skin on a regular basis. That's how ALL topical acne fighters are. Patience grasshopper. Keep in mind it's not a CURE for acne, it's just a treatment. There's no cure, due to the nature of acne. Just use it twice a day as it suggests. I tried EVERYthing, short of Acutane before I tried Proactiv and I've been happy with the results. (Good lord, I sound like an infomercial BLAH!!) It's not for everyone though. Just try it for the 8 weeks and then gage how well your skin has responded.

If you don't have problems with acne then I wouldn't recommend using Proactiv to fight oily skin... save your money. There are other 'systems' that would be more effective.
