Just use a VPN and socks chains, a lot cheaper.

VPN is a virtual private network developed in part (the big part) by Microsoft. This is a tunneling (sp?) network protocol setting up a virtually private network over the internet. Mr X. is incorrect on this one however as a VPN is mask able but breakouts are VERY traceable.
