I've been scouring these forums for months now and cannot seem to land on something exactly for my needs. So many conflicting reports on how to take Primo. While the information can be helpful, so much of it is over my head and honestly confusing. I believe that one must educate themselves fully before doing any type of AAS, but sometimes this stuff gets super deep and loses me.
I am hoping to get the "once and for all" answer (atleast for now) on the best way to take Primo.
Age: 33
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 230lbs
BF%: 13%
I'm extremely active. Train six days a week ranging from CrossFit and other dynamic training, to standard resistance training. My diet is very clean and I eat 1,500 to 2,000 calories a day. I also follow 1.5g protein per lb of body weight.
I don't want to build mass. I'm a tree trunk as it is. I want to lean up and add some hardness to my muscles. I'm not a hardcore bodybuilder.
I have chosen Primo because of it's low side effects and slow gains. I don't want to get too big too fast. I will not be stacking it with anything else...resource limited.
My questions are simple:
1. Dosage? (was planning on taking 250mg week. Once again, not looking to get crazy big).
2. Cycle Length? (planning on 10 weeks)
3. PST? (conflicting threads saying "to take" and "not to take")
4. Planning on making babies. Will this effect?
5. Depression? reading that it sets in. how do I avoid this?
