Primo Questions

I've been scouring these forums for months now and cannot seem to land on something exactly for my needs. So many conflicting reports on how to take Primo. While the information can be helpful, so much of it is over my head and honestly confusing. I believe that one must educate themselves fully before doing any type of AAS, but sometimes this stuff gets super deep and loses me.
I am hoping to get the "once and for all" answer (atleast for now) on the best way to take Primo.

Age: 33
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 230lbs
BF%: 13%

I'm extremely active. Train six days a week ranging from CrossFit and other dynamic training, to standard resistance training. My diet is very clean and I eat 1,500 to 2,000 calories a day. I also follow 1.5g protein per lb of body weight.

I don't want to build mass. I'm a tree trunk as it is. I want to lean up and add some hardness to my muscles. I'm not a hardcore bodybuilder.
I have chosen Primo because of it's low side effects and slow gains. I don't want to get too big too fast. I will not be stacking it with anything else...resource limited.

My questions are simple:
1. Dosage? (was planning on taking 250mg week. Once again, not looking to get crazy big).
2. Cycle Length? (planning on 10 weeks)
3. PST? (conflicting threads saying "to take" and "not to take")
4. Planning on making babies. Will this effect?
5. Depression? reading that it sets in. how do I avoid this?

If anyone can help, I would appreciate it dearly!!

Frankly sir, I think you're lying about the level of research you've done..

I'd like to help you, but you need to get real and do a little research on how all this works..

You're also either lying (or mistaken, if that tastes better) about the number of calories you take in a day.. or you're lying about your amount of regular exercise..

1. Dosage? (was planning on taking 250mg week. Once again, not looking to get crazy big).
I think 250 is rather low... Although I've never tried it myself.. many many people have reported little benefit in such a low range.. If you're determined to use JUST primo, I'd say try 400mgs or better.
2. Cycle Length? (planning on 10 weeks)
Again, although I haven't used primo yet myself.. Many reports its use to be better suited to long duration use.. I'd do 16 weeks or 20 weeks.
3. PST? (conflicting threads saying "to take" and "not to take")
I suppose you mean "PCT", or Post Cycle Therapy.. Yes- absolutely. Unless you're on permanent testosterone always do a PCT.. Anything that will bring you gains is expected to shut down your natural testosterone production.. I'd use injectable hcg, armidex and perhaps some OTC supplements like HCGenerate. I don't want to go into details on how to use it.. I'm not a big fan of "cycling off". If you don't do a proper PCT you risk crashing and losing gains as well as depression and impaired sexual function/fertility.
4. Planning on making babies. Will this effect?
Maybe. I feel it's highly unlikely you'd be sterile for life afterwards.. but I suppose it's possible.. With a proper PCT, you should be right back to normal. (Men on 40 years of TRT have come off and had children.)
5. Depression? reading that it sets in. how do I avoid this?
No way. Where did you hear this? One of the most common effects, or 'side effects', is a sense of well being and euphoria. It's coming off without a pct that could ruin you.. You would then lack the hormones making you feel good.. With a proper PCT you should be fine.. During the cycle you should feel magnitudes better than normal.

Now go read.. and play safe.

Another note:
Ensure you have a trustworthy supplier.. We cannot discuss that further here; but be warned that Methenolone Enanthate (Primobolan) is a very expensive and difficult chemical to get a hold of.. this, along with high demand and market price, drives counterfeiters.
 
500mg/week for 10 weeks.. run it with some test. and you could add a kickstart oral the first 3 weeks.

yes you need a PCT. everyone is different though, it takes experience cycling to know what works and what doesn't for you. blood tests will give you a blueprint on how you are recovering
 
thanks for the replies, they seemed to validate my views on the subject.
sometimes on these forums you just need to learn how to separate the truth and knowledge from those who just post to post.
I'll definitely involve a PCT and add some Test as well.
One last question...if I were to be wanting to "make babies" immediately, my gut says to hold off on doing any AAS. any thoughts here?
 
So Armaniak this guy's just a plain ol' lier huh?

I also described it as him being mistaken; Are you a fan of a person not knowing how to diet using AAS?

As for making babies now, I doubt it'd cause much of an issue at the dose I recommended.. However, if you cannot conceive try using HCG regularly for a week or two.. That should solve that problem.

As always, there are risks and you should realize them..

dude there's something wrong with ur numbers , r u sure ur just eating 1500-2000 cals?
u r 5'11'' 230 lbs at 13% bf means ur huge and lean , with ur diet how can u maintain ur muscle mass even if ur a genetic freak, check ur diet first maybe u need to adjust some clean cals to grow more muscles and burn the rest of the fat, and btw u said ur eating 1.5 g of proteins per lbs which in ur case is
230lbs x 1.5 g = 345 g x 4 cals = 1380 cals from proteins only i think u didn't leave much for carbs and EFA's ( essential fatty acids)
post ur diet and weight training program, and forget about AAS for now b4 u have more knowledge about it.

I agree. Those figures just doesn't add up.
