For the most part, injectable primo is methenolone enanthate, but the primo in primo tabs is methenolone acetate. There are some underground labs making injectable "primo" out of the acetate version though. But like SofaGeorge said, doses need to be ridiculously high, and even then the results aren't very good. At that point you're just pissing away your money, and at the same price you could be running a nice dose of anavar instead.

If you're going to use primo, find a LEGIT supply and INJECT it. If you want a 'safe' oral, just go with anavar.

Bad analogy because I've seen PLENTY of guys get great results from oral tren, whereas I've never heard of a positive report of oral primo.

tren acetate is mildly orally available.. probably similar to primo acetate orally.. though a MUCH stronger drug.. hence why oral use may produce OK results (at higher dosages)

Well schering also makes those tabs for medical use. They're pretty ineffective for making gains for bodybuilding use. This is not to say that you will not make any gains, but in order to see any noticeable gains you need to run super high doses. Pretty useless and expensive for guys like us.
