Anyone try using only primo? I'm looking for something not extreme and with gains I can keep, and this sounds like the stuff, but can I use it by itself? If so, how much for how long?
Depends on your goals. Last summer I ran a primo only(actually with NYC and Armidex) cycle to help shred up and it worked great. However if your goal is to bulk up, I would deffiantly stack it with something else.
