primo and T3

i was wondering how many calories i should take in when taking primo and T3. i am trying to get more cut and gain some muscle. i weigh 195 and work out 6 days a week and do cardio 3 days a week. i would aprreciate your help
 
One of the things I would do b-4 getting on t-3 is to get your RMR checked.....That will give you a base line on how many kcals you burn resting........Then go to an other place and get it checked wile on the t-3........this way you know what the t-3 is doing for ya. ps RMR = Resting Metabolic Rate
