DMAA has no negative effect on muscle gain to my knowledge. There are literally a ton of pre workouts with it, but unfortunately the FDA has it on the chopping block. Its a great stim, so it definitely sucks that it will be banned soon

Pretty common ingredient in alot of pre workout supps.
I dont think it would hinder muscle gains,,just dont abuse the stuff.

i would love to hear more on this. I have heard some say studies show stims constricts blood flow and others say it6 doesnt
