preventive accutane usage?

I had to take accutane a couple years ago after a cycle due to incredibly bad acne on my back and shoulders. i've run 2 cycles since then, and have been lucky not to have gotten any more. however, i'm beginning to get paranoid, as i will be running tren for the first time in a few weeks. is it suggested to run a low dose of accutane during cycle to prevent acne? will it help? if so, at what dosage? when i ran accutane a few years back, as per my derm's direction, i took 80mg/day. i'm assuming there's no reason to take that much this time around. thanks bros.

i run 20mg/day , however its really hard on the liver so i usually only use it when needed. not too sure about running it long term or with other orals. i usually use accutane for 4 to 5 weeks at a time. never needed it for longer than that
