you can get it filled up to one year after it was first filled
even a day late and they wont fill it
its the same with perscriptions themselves, you can get them filled for upto but not more than a year

Yes you can use up all the refills, but do it ASAP before the script expires.

Should say on your script how many refills you have left before what date.

Keflex is a muscle relaxor, as the flex denotes. Yes, it doesnt matter as long as its a valid prescription within the authorized filling dates so no worries. Youve already paid for your physician's care and so what he prescribed is yours, just there is a one year limit as to the length of time you can fill it. So dont forget to go back and get your refills too before it expires
