The only thing prep-h will do is get rid of a little water around your midsection temporarily. It will not remove fat so unless you are really lean already using prep-h will do nothing.

I dont think it make love handles disappear. I have 6% - 8% BF so you can see my abs good. I just apply it for 3 nights before going to the beach and it makes the skin tighter.

p-h is very good for getting rid of the bags under your eyes in the morning.
it takes the water out of the fat stores there that are causing the puffiness.
never tried it, but my eyes are pretty damn puffy, so perhaps I should. it just weirds me out that something for my ass is that close to my eyes.
does it have a smell?
I also am a little embarrassed to buy it.
