start it at 6 weeks out at once a day.....I put it on before I tanned....at 4 weeks go to twice a day......IMO you can't use it to much.....if you can afford to use it twice a day do it....

It does a good job at tightening the skin, and pulling out sub-q water. Hence helping with definition and muscle separation.

The pro trick is to use the Fina extraction kits, then shoot it IM twice a day. I heard that's how Ronnie Coleman comes in so tight every year.

You will really only get "noticable" results when you are pretty low in the bf% to start with. When used with Yo-burn, prep-h (CREAM) on the face seems to work some magic in my opinion.

Remember though, the effective prep-h will be the one from Canada with "bio-dyne" as the active ingredient. US made prep-h does not have this ingredient.

Make sure you get the cream bro. I made the mistake of using the ointment and man it is very messy. The cream is supposed to rub right in.

results are temporary but it can be used for skin tightening effect.it's well knows "secret" in modeling industry,before taking pictures or afer a long party night for reducing those bags under eyes. the best results imo are if you apply it before sun taning,youll definately notice tighter skin.it pulls water out so spot looks "tighter"and shows more definition.it's not miracle remedie that will transform you from "smooth" to a super ripped physique.if you choose to try it out -use only prep-H with bio dyne

It only works on the site you apply it to. I doubt your cornhole needs to lose water.
