WHAT IS YOUR GUYS TAKE ON THESE PREMIXED PROTEIN DRINKS FROM ABB AND DESIGNER ? ARE THESE OF ANY NUTRITIONAL VALUE TO US , SAY AS MUCH AS WHEY PROTEIN ITSELF ?

ABB Mass Recovery is a decent post lift drink. It has what you need. You may want some carbo force too.

The pre-mixed designers are too fucking expensive for what they are.

basically im just asking the board so one of my customers can see that the premixed whey protein drinks acctually do have nutritional value , unlike so many protein bars out there... price not being an issue...

From what I have read premade protein drinks are full of preservatives (which are bad obviously) and I have read that whey does degrade. So it's up to you, I think you're taking a chance w/ it.
