Once it's opened yes keep it cold . In a store or on a shelf it can be kept room temperature. I had to find out about mine. Its room temperature until mix the two solution and powder together then its kept cold.

What kind to you have? I have Humatrope, it says on the box to keep refridgerated at all times.
