how should u jab pregnyl a lad at my gym has told my with an insulin and others have told me jab it like normal gear any help will be appreciated

Got an amp pregnyl and it has expired 03/2006 , can i flush it down the toilet or is it still good and can you use it in a 3 month timespan ?
