Preferred method oral vs. chewing

I have heard mixed reviews on taking orals to get the best results and absorption. Can anyone tell me how they take their orals and the results they get. I usually use 'A' bombs, D-bol, winny and anavar.

Swallow them...I take them with Grapefruit juice...

bump....im curious as to what liquid someone would use and why, why would u have to chew them, they get broken up in the stomach anyways?

It does not matter if you chew them or just swallow them...They HAVE to go through the same process in the stomach...Ip recommends chewing his, why I don't know...
