Pre cycle routine. Help.

I'm getting ready to start my first ever cycle sept 30. I'm going to use fina and win. I can get bottles of the win v free. (pills. the inj is on back order). Fina is of course cheap and easy to get to. I am still reading old post ect to put a cycle together and figure out how to use a kit to get proper mg/ml. I will post that later and ask for critiques. My question is should I continue with hard lifting until I start the cycle or should I concentrate on cardio until then. I have built some good muscle but can't get the % bf down. What will allow me the most muscle gain on my cycle or does it not matter? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

i'd say keep on a steady routine for the mean time, do your cardio, and when it is time pile the weight on, do some supersets and eliminate the cardio, unless you are competing. i would gradually up my calories and see where that takes you. thats what i would to.

I say diet down for these few months. Not strict but enough to drop maybe 1lb of fat a week.

Sept 30 is a long way away. you don't need to be on a draconian type diet. you will be thankful you drop bodyfat when you start the gear.

Ypu will be more free to eat the calories needed to grow and if you are looking to put some seroious muscle on you will gain a littl fat, if you are loking for moderate gains you might drop some. It depends, but its best to do one serious "eat all you can gain a little fat cycle" to get the muscle in the first place. Thats why I say diet down now so you wont look like shit at the end of your cycle.

Once the muscles been there itrs alot easier to get back than if it was never there. To many people want to eat super clean when bulking, I feel that only works if you are pretty dam big already.
 
Thats what I'm after. Serious muscle. I understand the first cycle is the best. I want to maximise my gain to the utmost.
 
I am on my first cycle now, 2.5 weeks.. I wish I had started leaner but never did because I didn't have much to lean down too. I vote for a good balance of cardio and weights.

That helps alot. I have worked hard to get what I got so far and have not wanted to lose any but based on what I'm hearing I will be happier leanning down.
 
That's what I did prior to my first cycle, went from a 193 to 180 and then started my cycle (deca only) and gained about 25 up to 205 then lost some water and slowly went down to 201 over the next month or so. Now I'm cutting again in preparation of my next cycle (test, deca, dbol) God I hate my gut. It's the only place I hold fat- at least noticeably.
 
Thats my problem. My gut. I dropped myself from 210 down to 160 but still had that layer of fat around the middle. I'm back to 180 and I'm detirmend to lose it this time.
