Pre-Cycle information

I was wondering after your post cycle therapy what are you supposed to do? Is there a certain time frame you want to wait before you start another cycle? Is there some things you need to do for a pre cycle therapy or anything like that?

if ur cycle was 16 weeks wait 16 weeks..

or the best way is to get blood work done.. if ur blood work is fine u can go back on
