12 egg whites 1/2 cup oats 1/2 cup blueberries

6 oz 93/7 ground beef 3/4 cup white rice 1 cup broccoli

Can tuna 2 slice Ezekiel bread apple 1 tsp olive oil

6 oz chicken 1 cup white rice 1 cup broccoli

6 oz chicken 5 oz sweet potatoe fish oil 6 grams

6 oz ground beef 93/7 2 prunes 2 cup green salad 1 slice Ezekiel bread

2 scoops whey isolate:Gatorade post workout
 
As u get leaner u can throw a refeed day in here or there

Also I found fasting helps u can try a day or two of fasting
Restrict ur eating windows

Planning on throwing one through 2 refeeds a week when I get a little leaner and lowering protein on those days and fats
