Pre-bedtime meals

my best suggstion is chicken or beef
potato/pasta
salad
milk

right now i have a can of tuna and 2 galsses milk, small salad
 
I had 4 eggs before bed last night...don't know if that is good or not, but I figure it beats eating some sort of fast-food.
 
great night-time meal would consist of fat+protein.
Steak
Fish
Cheese
eggs
Casein + Flax/Fish/Olive Oils

promotes Testosterone secretion and does not inhibit GH production as is the case with carb-induced insulin.

Drop an egg in some slowly boiling water and wait for it to turn white (2-3 mins) and you have a poached egg, they are beautiful on toast, One of my favourite meals is four slices granary toast a can of baked beans and half a dozen poached eggs on top, with plenty of black pepper.
 
I was gonna say what you already said about the casein protein. You could make some scrambled eggs with a ton of melted cheese or something like that. I probably wouldn't go too crazy with carbs just before bed though.
