PP + prostan + clen during PCT

34 yrs old, 212 lbs, ~17% BF, 20 years lifting, no steroids, a few 1-AD cycles with great results and no sides. Looking to get lean muscle, no blubber. In fact, if I were lighter at the end of all this, with muscle memory helping me get back some mass, I'd be a walking erection I'd be so happy.

Okay, here's the plan:

Week 1 - PP 20mg/Pros 100mg
Week 2 - PP 30mg/Pros 150mg
Week 3 - PP 30mg/Pros 150mg
Week 4 - nolva 40mg/clen 60-80mcg/AX Retain 3x/AX PCT 3x
Week 5 - nolva 30mg/clen 60-80mcg/AX Retain 3x/AX PCT 3x
Week 6 - nolva 20mg/clen 60-80mcg/AX Retain 3x/AX PCT 3x
Week 7 - nolva 10mg

The questions:

1) I have used a lot of ephedrine in my time. Will 60-80mcg clen be enough to help me burn blubber and maintain strength?

2) The PP and Pros do NOT aromatize, meaning I will not need anti-boobie stuff, right? I'm trying to be cheap where I can. ;)

3) AG-guys has the clen and nolva, but I have NO CLUE how to measure the stuff, and it seems to not be in the same "typical" measuring doses since it's liquid. Gah! Making it hard! Is the potency still the same, or is there a "1 drop = 10mg" type conversion for their nolva and clen? They're a board sponsor, and I support board sponsors (AX and AF thus far)

4) Do I need to make significant changes to my training while on the PP/Pros? What about when I switch into PCT mode?

I would rec. this cycle

Week 1 - PP 20mg/Pros 100mg
Week 2 - PP 30mg/Pros 125mg
Week 3 - PP 30mg/Pros 150mg
Week 4 - PP 40mg/Pros 175mg
Week 5 - nolva 40mg/clen 60-80mcg/AX Retain 3x/AX PCT 3x
Week 6 - nolva 30mg/clen 60-80mcg/AX Retain 3x/AX PCT 2x
Week 7 - nolva 20mg/clen 60-80mcg/AX Retain 3x/AX PCT 1x
Week 8 - nolva 10mg/AX Retain 3x/AX PCT 1x

1) Clen might help you, but personally do not rec. during an ON cycle and during PCT for a mass gaining cycle. YOu need to keep your calories high and cardio to a minimum 1-3x a week. You will not gain much, if any, fat during this cycle, it mostly depend on your diet and food selections rather than PP's androgenic effects.

2)There have been ver, very few reports of gyno and gyno like symptoms with PP. But IMO it's always better to be safe than sorry. With the Serm and the AX PCT, you'll be fine.

3)Their liquid nolva is 30ml @ 25mg/ml. So if you start off at 50mg on week 5 then you will need to measure, using an oral syringe or other measuring instrument, 2ml to equal the 50mg of NOLVA. Since you are going fo 40mg on week 5, measure ~1.50 for 40mg of NOLVA.

4) I personally stay at 4 workouts per week on a 4-8 rep range, two bodyparts per WO for ~1.5 hrs. It works great, and make sure to stay or increase the instensity of your workouts during PCT. Week 1 of PCT is the most important when it comes to keeping your gains.

whoa, so during PCT you actually INCREASE the intensity/volume?

that is bizarre, I figured you would spend PCT time trying to maintain?
